Terms of Service
Effective August 2026. These terms are between you and Ass Auction (ass.auction). Contact: [email protected]. By paying for a listing you agree to them. California law governs.
What you are buying.
A listing is a paid advertisement: your logo or avatar, linked to your site or X profile, shown on the public leaderboard at the rank your total payments can hold, and on the boxers illustration while you rank in the top 22. That is all it is. It is not an endorsement, a review, or an independent ranking.
Presence, not performance.
A listing does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, a fixed rank for any duration, or any particular result. Nobody can honestly promise those for a spot on a pair of cartoon boxers, and this site will not invent a number. The counters on the site are for atmosphere and promise nothing about yours. Any talk of a tattoo is a stunt, not a promise.
The auction.
Your total confirmed payments are your standing, and standings sorted highest first are the leaderboard. Anyone can pay more and pass you at any time. Being passed changes your rank and nothing else: your listing stays live, stays linked, and your standing still counts toward climbing back.
Payments are final.
All payments are one-time and non-refundable. Dropping in rank, receiving fewer clicks than you hoped, disliking your neighbors on the board, downtime, or a removal for breaking these terms does not create a refund. You ask that the service start immediately and, where you have one, you waive any withdrawal right for digital services. Filing a chargeback on a valid charge is a breach of these terms and removes your listing.
Content rules.
Your listing must link to a real website or X profile. Your title and description must describe your own product truthfully. Not allowed: adult content, chat or group invite links, link shorteners, counterfeit goods, scams, malware, impersonation, or anything illegal. Uploaded logos are checked by a human before they appear; titles and descriptions go live immediately and can be edited or removed by the operator at any time. You must be 18 or older and have the right to the logo you use.
The gossip.
The chat requires signing in with Google. Keep it civil. Messages are kept until deleted. The operator can delete any message and ban any account at any time, without refund of anything, because chat is free. Ask and your messages will be deleted.
Removal.
The operator can remove any listing or chat message that breaks these rules, harms the site, or creates legal risk, without refund, and can decline an uploaded logo without explanation; your auto-fetched logo stays in that case.
Logos and trademarks.
Logos shown belong to their owners and appear because the owner or their representative paid for the placement, as nominative use in an advertisement. If someone listed your brand without authority, email [email protected] and it will be removed.
Liability.
The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent California law allows, total liability to you is the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim arose.
Changes.
These terms can be updated; the current version applies to new payments. Material changes will be dated here.
